The college keeps and maintains a photo library that is used for all of its promotional materials including but not limited to: catalog, 网站, 程序表, 宣传册, 传单, 海报, 平面广告, 报纸, 广告, 等. 在可能的情况下, photos are used of actual students, 教师, 和工作人员, but some occasions call for stock professional photos that are purchased through a licensed vendor. It is important that the college’s logos are used consistently across all media. College logos should be used in accordance with branding guidelines.

Outside organizations’ use of the college logos must be approved by the Marketing Team.
